6.5" Billet Highway Bar Speaker Pods

CNC-machined billet aluminum pods designed for highway/crash bar mounting, built to handle real-world vibration and weather. The enclosure geometry is tuned to keep midbass tight and vocals present while aiming sound forward toward the rider. Clean clamp fitment and a rigid housing means less wasted energy, more output.

6.5" 480W Neo Speakers (Loaded)

High-efficiency neodymium-motor speakers built for maximum output per watt — the right recipe for motorcycles where wind and road noise fight your music. Strong midbass, crisp vocals, and controlled top-end so you can run volume without turning the sound into a harsh mess.

Highway Bar Clamp Mount System

A robust clamp system engineered to be completely integrated into the housing for a clean and solid bite on the bar without creeping or rotating over time. Designed for repeatable alignment so both pods can be aimed consistently for a proper stereo image.

Fitment Notes

• Designed for highway bar / engine guard mounting with OEM Harley setups.  Will not fit 'moustache bars' or pointed 'meathook' bars that don't leave enough space inside.

• Fits 1.5" aftermarket bars and 1.25" bars with the included billet shims.

• Placement and aim are adjustable — set them to fire toward the rider’s chest/helmet zone for best clarity at speed.

• (2) Left and Right Havoc 6.5" billet highway bar speaker pods — loaded with Aquatic AV HS116 480W Neo 6.5" speakers (left and right pods have different wire exit locations to keep wiring tight to the frame)

• Stainless steel mounting hardware

• Billet shims for 1.5" and 1.25" bars

• (2) Aquatic AV HS116 6.5" 480W Neo speakers, installed

• (2) Left and Right speaker leads from the saddlebag-mounted amplifier (Road-Lock location) to the speaker pods

Notes

• Amplifier and head unit are not included.

• We strongly recommend an amplifier properly matched to these speakers for clean output at speed (Neo speakers are efficient, but they still need real power to stay clear at volume).
