The Havoc Road-Lock AD1200.4 is a complete high-power saddlebag amplifier system designed to install the Aquatic AV AD1200.4 four-channel Class D amplifier in compatible Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycles.

This is not a universal amplifier bracket with some wire thrown in the box. The Road-Lock AD1200.4 is built as a complete system for riders assembling a serious high-output Harley-Davidson audio system. It combines the Aquatic AV AD1200.4 amplifier with Havoc's custom Road-Lock saddlebag mounting bracket, a heavy-duty 4 AWG flexible silicone-insulated power harness, 100A fuse protection, high-current connectors, marine-grade RCA signal cables, trigger wiring, mounting hardware and saddlebag security hardware.

A Purpose-Built Harley Saddlebag Amplifier System

Installing a high-power amplifier inside a Harley-Davidson saddlebag requires more than simply finding somewhere to bolt it down. The amplifier must remain securely mounted under vibration, the power wiring must be capable of supporting the electrical load, and the installation needs to remain organized inside a space already limited by the motorcycle and its luggage requirements.

The Havoc Road-Lock Saddlebag Amplifier Bracket provides a dedicated mounting platform for the Aquatic AV AD1200.4. CNC-bent and laser-cut from 14-gauge steel, the bracket helps keep the amplifier securely mounted while providing an organized foundation for the wiring and connections.

The Havoc logo is laser-cut directly into the bracket, reducing unnecessary material while opening airflow behind the amplifier to support heat management.

The system also includes stainless saddlebag security hardware designed as a theft-deterrent upgrade for compatible Harley-Davidson Touring saddlebags using quick-release quarter-turn-style fasteners. When your saddlebag contains a high-power amplifier and expensive audio equipment, making it less convenient for someone to remove the bag is simply good sense.

Intelligent Cable Management

A high-power saddlebag amplifier installation can involve substantial power, ground, signal, trigger and speaker wiring. That wiring should not be left hanging beneath the amplifier or lying across the bottom of the saddlebag.

The Havoc Road-Lock bracket incorporates intelligent cable management at the top of the amplifier mount, providing a dedicated area to route and organize the amplifier wiring. This keeps the cable connections above the floor of the saddlebag rather than allowing wires to hang beneath the amplifier or become buried underneath whatever you carry in the bag.

Power, ground, RCA, trigger and speaker wiring can be routed neatly through the upper cable-management area, helping to keep wires off the bottom of the saddlebag, protected from damage and out of your usable storage space.

Heavy-Duty 4 AWG Power Harness

A 1,200-watt amplifier demands a serious power system.

The Road-Lock AD1200.4 includes a heavy-duty 4 AWG silicone-insulated power harness, selected specifically for the challenge of routing large-gauge cable through a motorcycle.

Conventional heavy-gauge power cable can be stiff and awkward to route around a motorcycle frame, under the fuel tank and through tight spaces. The ultra-flexible silicone jacket makes the Road-Lock harness substantially easier to route neatly, allowing the cable to bend through tighter spaces without constantly fighting to spring back straight.

That means a cleaner installation and considerably less wrestling with heavy power cable during installation.

Run Four High-Power Speakers

Use all four channels independently for:

With up to 1,200 watts RMS available across four channels, the AD1200.4 is ideal for high-output systems using combinations of fairing, highway bar and saddlebag speakers.

Build a Larger Multi-Speaker System

The amplifier's 2-ohm minimum load capability allows each channel to support an appropriate 2-ohm speaker load.

This makes the AD1200.4 suitable for larger custom systems where the objective is not simply to add an amplifier, but to provide substantially more power and output across the motorcycle.

Tune Front and Rear Speakers Independently

The AD1200.4 features independent front and rear crossover and gain controls. Each channel pair can be configured for:

• High-pass operation
• Low-pass operation
• Full-range operation

This gives the installer the flexibility to tune different sections of the audio system independently, allowing one pair of channels to operate differently from another where the speaker configuration requires it.
