Biker-to-Biker Truth About Volume
HRS-144.2 kits are perfect for real-world riding around town and on country roads, and for riders who want clean music without turning the bike into a full-blown audio build. But physics still wins. At sustained highway / interstate speeds – especially with loud pipes and lots of wind noise – a 144-watt, 2-speaker system has its limits. If your bike has saddlebags for an amp and a highway bar, consider our 300W 2-speaker system with 6.5" speakers.
Why HRS Streetline?
Not every rider wants a 6-speaker, 1,200+ watt monster. The HRS-144.2-DC Streetline Bar Kit is for the stripped-down Dyna / Sportster / custom rider who wants:
-
Real, usable volume on the street
Perfect for city riding and country roads.
Honest note: between wind noise, pipes, and no windshield, 144 watts and two 3.5" speakers will not overpower highway wind at all speeds. This kit is built for realistic, everyday street use – not for trying to win a sound-off at 80 mph on the interstate. -
A system built from motorcycle-first components
Every component is selected for motorcycle duty: vibration, weather, and the realities of bar-mount installations.
Paired with Aquatic AV’s proven electronics and Havoc’s obsession with rider-focused design, this kit gives smaller bikes a serious voice without overcomplicating the build.
